Clash of Clans announced today that “Friendly Wars” would be coming into Clash of Clans in this October 2016 update in their sneak peek. This ranges from arranged wars to practice for real wars! I’m going to walk you guys through how you can start and accept a friendly war request!
How to Do a Friendly War in Clash of Clans
So first off, you go to the clan tab in your profile/clan area. Next you need to search the clan you are looking for, either by name or tag.
Once you do this, you can hit the challenge button, right in the middle of the clan page.
Once you hit that button, you will be able to select the size of the war, including what members you want to be in war, along with the preparation time and battle period of the war.
Once you hit send challenge, this message will pop into clan chat in the opposing clan’s chat. They’ve got to get ready to battle!
So that is basically all there is for arranged wars/friendly wars. It is almost exactly like normal war, except there is no rewards and it lasts over a shorter period of time. Still, this sneak peek is super cool, and will certainly be utilized across the playing field in Clash of Clans, whether it be intense war clans or friendly farming clans. Thanks for reading about friendly wars, and I’ll see you guys soon with more Clash of Clans sneak peek news!
