Inferno Dragon Decks + How to Use the Inferno Dragon

The inferno dragon is the newest card in the newest update in Clash Royale and for anyone lucky to get the inferno dragon, you need to know the best inferno dragon decks and some inferno dragon strategy in Clash Royale! Today’s article will be completely devoted to the inferno dragon and sharing the best new inferno dragon decks!

Inferno Dragon Decks Guide Strategy Gameplay Clash Royale

Inferno Dragon Defensive Strategy

It can easily be argued that the inferno dragon is actually a better defensive legendary card than it is an offensive one. Since it is basically a little, moving inferno tower, it does insane damage against tanks. Here are the best units to play it against!

  • Giant
  • P.E.K.K.A
  • Golem
  • Prince
  • Hog
  • Giant Skeleton
  • Miner
  • Lava Hound

So basically, any tank is good to play the inferno dragon against. It will absolutely MELT these units, unless a zap is used to “reset” its charge. Even then, it will still do some crazy damage. You usually want to play the inferno tower close to the tower, so that it can start its charge as the tank unit comes closer to your tower. Here are some examples:

To sum up all of the inferno dragon’s defense, you want to play it against tank units and not spam units. Pretty simple!

Inferno Dragon Offensive Strategy

The whole goal of the inferno dragon is to try and get it to the tower. If you can manage to get this legendary card to the tower, it will do some massive damage and will literally take down the tower. Here’s an example:

Absolutely insane. Over 2000 damage done and the inferno dragon is only down 1/2 of its health. That’s some extreme Clash Royale gameplay! Anyways, it is probably best to put the inferno dragon behind a tank (lava hound is ideal) along with some troop or spell that can kill cheap, weak units that might be placed down to counter the inferno dragon. Do all that and you will dominate!

  1. The one i use is pretty good for cheap 10 strong pushes, the most expensive one being 12.

Inferno Dragon, Baby dragon, Rage, Skelly armi, Valk, Arrows, Giant, Mega minion

First u gain elixir advantage with valk, baby and skellys.
Then u send a giant right in the back of the towers, add a baby and u add an inferno drag, add rage, and anything they throw u will be rekt, only lightings can really counter, as each of the 3 troops sinergyse well.

Pros: -Giant is cheaper than golem or lava hound, and leaves you with more elixir if the enemy decides to push the other lane.

-Inferno dragon plus rage melts anything the enemy shows to you, if they dare to throw a golem or a pekka, it will be melted.

-Skellys counter tanks, but use inferno dragon for em, use em to fast effective units like royal giants, hogs or prince.

-Arrows: Counter swarms, any kind of em, and rekt minions horde in a flash.

-Valk: The goddess of counters, counters anything, from hordes to giant skelletons, can go in front of giant accompanied by arrows to counter every kind of horde.

-Megaminion: Counters any almost everything, including both kids of dragons, itslef, wizards, witches, ice wizards…. use him as the valk, for defence only.

-The MONSTER PUSH:Put the giant in the back, have defensive cards in case the enemy decides to attack, put both dragons behind, when they get on the enemy line drop a surprise fury and rekt em, tower will be down in no time.

-This is the best push because is hard to counter because of the sinergy they have, and a fury is the cherry of the cake because they never expect it, they also desperate and dont know how to properly counter.

-If the enemy drops pekka or golem, drop both dragons and rage on opposite line, he will regret droping that high elixir card.

-If the enemy is a spawner, wait thill he drops barb hut and drop the monster push on the other line, he will regret it as well
