The newest Clash Royale sneak peek is out for the November 2016 update and it is a new type of challenge, a special event. The first special event will be the King’s Cup, which coincidentally starts on November 4th. I’ll be talking to you guys today about what exactly this new challenge mode is and what you should expect from it.
What is a Special Event?
In a special event, it is basically the same as a regular challenge: you can win 12 games, you can only lose up to 3, and you get a reward chest that is full of gold and elixir. However, the first special event challenge (per special event) you do will be free and cost no gems!
However, after the first entry, each entry after that will cost 5 gems to join. It is a lot less than a normal classic challenge, so you should join as many times as possible!
Now there is one key difference between challenges and special events. In special events, your decks will be randomly generated for you. Not completely random, as they will have a basis in offense and defense but you don’t get to choose your own deck. Also, you can even play with cards you don’t have yet, like most legendaries!
I think that special events look awesome and you guys should definitely try to join one if you have the time. The first time you join is free anyways, so it doesn’t hurt you at all!
This sneak peek was awesome and I look forward to the update dropping tomorrow! Make sure to check back here at Clash for Dummies to see if there are any update changes for the November update! That should be the end of the sneak peeks, so I’ll see you guys tomorrow with the released update!

That is cool! I want to try out the sparky.
I have three accounts in arena 7 now, 2 level 7 and a level 6. My level 6 account now uses a golem deck which actually somehow countered a higher level sparky deck.

I think you have to be level 8 to join, but I’m not sure.

Awww. I guess I’ll be level 8 soon enough on my main account. I might try to simultaneously use three android emulators and get my three best accounts in the same tournament.
