A new update is on the horizon for Brawl Stars as they finally roll out their December 2019 “Brawlidays” update! Within this update, we are going to see two new brawlers, Bea and Max, as well as new skins and a new gamemode called Present Plunder. Here’s everything that is coming in the December 2019 update to Brawl Stars!

Brawl Stars December Update

New Environment

First up, we have a new environment, like the old Retropolis from the past. This new environment, to the theme of pirates, is going to be Darryl’s ship, which actually looks totally awesome to play in!

New Skins

There will also be five new skins coming to Brawl Stars, three of which being pirate themed. The other two are both for the new brawlers, Bea and Max. Here’s the full list of new skins we will have in the December update.

• Corsair Colt
• Captain Carl
• Ladybug Bea
• GT Max

New Brawler: Bea

The first of the new brawlers is named Bea and she works as Rosa’s assistant studying bugs. As with Max, it is unclear what rarity she will be or if she is unlocked on trophy road. She brings a new unique attack mechanic into Brawl Stars. If she hits her target, her next attack will be even stronger!

She appears to have a pretty long range, though not as long as Piper. Officially, she has a sniper attack that uses bees as a bullet! Bea’s super is also really great. It acts as a swarm of bees that can go through walls and will slow and poison your enemies!

New Brawler: Max

The second new brawler is named Max and seems a bit more OP than Bea. Max wants to be a superhero so she drinks a ton of energy drinks to try and get fast. And she is quick, definitely being one of the fastest brawlers in Brawl Stars. Not only that, but she also fires very quickly, shooting out jets of something.

You might notice that Max has four attacks in her bar, which has never been seen before in Brawl Stars. Max’s super is a radius circle that gives everyone on your team, including yourself, a speed boost! This is going to work amazing for teams with 8-Bit!

New Gamemode: Present Plunder

The final part of the December 2019 update to Brawl Stars is a new gamemode called Present Plunder! In Present Plunder, the goal is to steal your opponent’s presents before your opponents can steal yours! It appears to be a combination of capture the flag and Brawl Ball.

Now, obviously, this gamemode is not permanent and will only be around for the holiday season. So get your fix in as much as you can!
