Mega Minion Defensive Strategy

The mega minion on defense is one of its effective strategies. Using the mega minion, you can take out following troops of corresponding level:

• Archers
• Knight
• Bomber
• Valkyrie

Using this, you can decide what to play the mega minion against. Generally, you want to place the mega minion at the back, in the front of your tower so it can do the most possible damage without having the follow the attacking card around. Here’s how you should defend against the hog rider-

However, if the card is already deep within your base, you want to place the mega minion right on top of the attacking troop such as here with the giant-

That is basically all I’ve got for the mega minion on defense. It is only 3 elixir so it is a great card to use for a quick counter to a lot of different cards. Use it wisely!

Mega Minion Offensive Strategy

The mega minion is the 6th air card in Clash Royale, so it is super good to use with the lava hound if you have it. But if you don’t the mega minion does insane damage when the tower is focused on another card such as the hog, miner, or giant. If you can get the mega minion to the tower with nothing targeting it, it can almost take down that tower! Here’s how you play the minion horde with each of the cards listed above.
