While Builder Hall 7, the drop cart, and the giant cannon are the main updates within the Clash of Clans September 2017 update, there are some other changes within the update that are very important to Clash of Clans as a game. Let’s go over what ELSE will be added in the September update for Clash of Clans!

Matchmaking Algorithm Changes

After the COMPLETE failure of the last clan war matchmaking “improvements” Clash of Clans is coming back with new matchmaking for clan wars. This is what the CoC team said about the new matchmaking:

With the recent changes implemented to the Clan War matchmaking algorithm, based on the feedback we have been receiving and also after reviewing our data, we felt further changes needed to be implemented. These changes will reflect a more accurate measurement of a player’s and clan’s offensive power. Furthermore, we are also adjusting the search time required to find a better War match. This will increase the search duration in some cases but not all, and allows the system longer to find a more even match.

Hopefully, this will make clan wars much more fair and actually even out matches across the board… only time will tell!

New Level 14 Troops

As Builder Hall 7 comes out, it is going to need some new levels in order to attack well against the new giant cannon and new levels of the defenses in Builder Hall 7. Here’s the new troop statistics for ALL the troops that will be able to be upgraded to level 14.

• Raged Barbarians: +5 units per Army Camp
• Sneaky Archers: +2 units per Army Camp
• Boxer Giants: Improves the Power Punch ability
• Beta Minion: Improves the Long Shot ability
• Bomber: Improves the Big Bomb ability
• Baby Dragon: Improves the Tantrum ability
• Cannon Cart: +20 damage per second
• Night Witch: +20% Bat spawning speed

These upgrades are all going to help out a ton for three or two starring in Clash of Clans at BH7. Having DPS, troop space, and ability increases are huge for these level 14 troops!

New Level 15 Battle Machine

To also help you with offense, we will be having a level 15 battle machine available for Builder Hall 7. The ability will be able to be upgraded to level 3, giving you a whole other level of health recovery and damage increase. Here are the statistics for the level 15 battle machine!

• Cost: 2,500,00 Elixir
• Upgrade time: 2 days
• Damage per second: 164
• HP: 4410
• Regeneration time: 8 minutes
• Ability level: 3
• Ability damage increase: 328
• Health recovery: 900 HP
• Recharge time: 14 seconds

So all of these features, plus the BIG features that I outlined yesterday, will make up the Clash of Clans September 2017 update! Unfortunately, we aren’t see any updates to the home village, but it is still cool to see all of these new features and a whole other Builder Hall level as well.
