With the release of both the miner and the baby dragon into Clash of Clans in the May 2016 update, I began thinking about what other Clash Royale cards would work well as Clash of Clans troops! This is the list that I came up with, let me know if you would add any cards or remove any cards from the list! Hopefully, we see these implemented soon!
New Clash of Clans Troops!
Spear Goblins- I think that spear goblins would be a cool new Clash of Clans troop because they are so versatile. They would cost the same, but have a little bit less hitpoints than the regular goblins. The spear goblins would be a sweet troop to have behind a giant or golem, just like in Clash Royale!
Musketeer- The musketeer would be a lot like the wizard in Clash of Clans. The biggest difference between the two in Clash Royale is the splash damage, but in Clash of Clans, splash damage isn’t a big deal. The musketeer would have to cost less and be weaker than the wizard for it to succeed.
Mini P.E.K.K.A.- Personally, I think that this would be the best Clash Royale card to be added to Clash of Clans. Just like the baby dragon, it would be basically, a half P.E.K.K.A. with a sweet little ability just like the baby dragon. The mini-P.E.K.K.A. could be very interesting to play around with for combinations since it could fit in a lot of compositions.
Skeletons- In Clash of Clans, the only troop that can actually spawn skeletons is the witch. I think it would be cool to see some cheap skeletons be available for use, especially after the recent addition of the skeleton spell. Obviously these would be extremely weak and cheap, but could be used in good ways such as shielding a wall-breaker or taking out the last structure.
Guards- Guards could work exactly how their name says, they would guard! The best use for these would be protecting barch from wizard towers and mortars. Since they have shields, it would take both the mortar and wizard tower a few seconds to shoot them down, protecting your barbarians and archers from the damage.
Ice Wizard- Easy enough concept to understand- slows down everything it shoots its ice at! The ice wizard would be a viable troop, especially when put behind a tank. The ice wizard would have to cost a ton, or take up a lot of space since it could be a very powerful troop if used in the right ways!
Thanks a ton for reading guys! Remember, if you have any suggestions, leave a comment! May 2016 update should be out tomorrow, so check back in to see what has all dropped!
