Clash Royale November 2018 Balance Changes Update

Balance Changes Nerfs

Two of the strongest cards in the game, the royal ghost and royal hogs, are both going to be receiving a nerf in the form of a 9% HP nerf and a 6% damage nerf respectively. The tombstone is really getting hit hard out of nowhere, with a slower spawn speed and a reduced skeleton count. Also out of nowhere, we see a slight giant nerf, with 2% of his hitpoints coming off. I have noticed that the magic archer’s first attack is quick, so we will see a reduction there. Finally, the cannon card is nerfed once again, with the hit speed being reduced by .1 seconds.

Balance Changes Buffs

First off, everyone should be glad to see an increase in the inferno tower’s HP, since the inferno dragon has been way too popular. The skeleton barrel also gets a well-deserved buff with increased death damage now being able to actually kill troops. I really thought the mega knight was in a great place, but the hit speed will now be .1 seconds faster. Finally, the buff that everyone voted on, the dart goblin, will be getting his 4% damage increase.

That’s all for these balance changes in Clash Royale. I feel like there weren’t any glaring OP cards this time around so Clash Royale did what they could based on what is weak or strong. Thanks for reading and comment below what your opinions are on this round of balance changes for November!

  5. Most of these changes came out of nowhere! I was surprised that Tombstone got nerfed THAT hard, I thought it was balanced, there’s not much reason to nerf Giant, Cannon Cart and ESPECIALLY Magic archer (RIP My favourite legendary), since Giant is just a very versatile tank, Cannon Cart is only excellent In graveyard decks, otherwise it’s still decent but Prince does a better job usually, and Magic Archer is rarely seen outside of bait decks, lastly Mega Knight is also surprising
